The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) on January 11, 2024, issued the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Point of Presence) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023, to further amend the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Point of Presence) Regulations, 2018.
The following has been amended namely: -
• Regulation 3 has been substituted namely: “Categories of the Point of Presence”
• Regulation 4 has been substituted namely: “Application for grant of certificate of registration”
• Regulation 5 has been substituted namely: “Eligibility criteria”
• Regulation 6 has been substituted namely: “Disclosure of Information”
• Schedules II, III, IV, and V have been substituted
This shall come into force on January 11, 2024.
