Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on January 15,  2024, issued a notification to amend notification no. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.), dated August 03, 2001, related to the tariff rate of crude palm oil, gold, and silver.

This notification shall come into force with effect from January 16, 2024.

The following has been amended namely: -

In the said notification, TABLE-1, TABLE-2, and TABLE-3 have been substituted.
