The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on January 16, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Discontinuation of Submission of data towards Monitoring of Client Funds under Enhanced Supervision.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The weekly reporting requirement of data towards Monitoring of Clients’ Funds lying with the Stock Broker under Enhanced Supervision is discontinued with immediate effect
• Trading members are not required to submit the data for the week ended January 12, 2024, and onwards.
• The last applicable submission is the week ended January 05, 2024, the due date of which was January 10, 2024.
