The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) on January 18, 2024, issued a notification to amend notification no. S.O. 3547(E) dated August 08, 2023, regarding the designation of the ports of entry and exit for the purposes of Chapter VB of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 for repatriation of red sanders from Nepal.
The following amendments have been stated:
After serial number 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries has been inserted, namely: -
“13. Ruxaul;
14. Panitanki;
15. Jogbani;
16. Sanauli;
17. Nepalgunj;
18. Banbasa.”.
