The Government of Haryana on January 16, 2024, notified the Haryana Settlement of Outstanding Dues (Amendment) Act, 2023 further amend the Haryana Settlement of Outstanding Dues Act, 2017.
The following has been stated: -
•In clause (ii) of section 2 of the Act for the figures, words, and symbol “March 31, 2017”, the words “June 30, 2017” shall be substituted.
•In section 3 of the Principal Act, for the figures, words, and symbol “March 31, 2017”, the figures, words, and symbol “June 30, 2017” shall be substituted.
It shall come into force on January 16, 2024.
