The following has been stated: -
•Section 2 lays down various definitions of the terms like "motor vehicle drivers" and "Fund".
•Section 3 is about the Motor Vehicle Drivers and Other Workers Welfare Fund.
•Section 4 talks about the Application of Funds.
•Section 5 and Section 6 lays down the formation of State Advisory Committees and the Central Advisory Committee.
•Section 8 deals with the Appointment of Welfare Commissioners, etc., and their powers.
