Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on January 19, 2024, issued an update to the Business Continuity for Clearing Corporations through Software as a Service Mode.

The following has been stated namely: -

• This has a reference to the BSE Circular No. 20240119-37 dated January 19, 2024, regarding normal trading to be conducted on January 20, 2024.

• It is requested that Business Continuity for Clearing Corporations through Software as a Service (SaaS) mode has been deferred, which was scheduled on Saturday, January 20, 2024.
