The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) on January 16, 2024, issued a notification regarding the E-filing Form 15CD related to the Quarterly statement to be furnished by a unit of an International Financial Services Centre for F.Y. 2023-24 through online mode

The following has been stated namely: -

•It states that E-filing of Form 15CD for F.Y. 2023-24 has been enabled through online mode.

• It states that Form 15CD has been inserted Vide CBDT notification no. 89/2023 dated Oct 16, 2023.
