Labour Compliance The Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) on January 18, 2024, issued a notification to close the Central Government Offices, Central Institutions, and Central Industrial Establishments for half a day.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Central Government Offices, Central Institutions, and Central Industrial Establishments throughout India will be closed for half a day till 1430 hours on January 22, 2024.

• This is in lieu of the Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtha at Ayodhya, to enable employees to participate in the celebrations
