Industry Specific Compliance The Directorate of Family Welfare on January 18, 2024, issued a notification updating the formats of Form-I, Form-II, and Form-III for the documentation of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971

The following has been stated namely: -

• Form –I which lays down the RMP Opinion Form has been updated

• Form – II which lays down the application form has been updated

• Form – III related to the admission register has been updated
