Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Himachal Pradesh on January 18, 2024, notified the Himachal Pradesh Lokayukta (Amendment) Act, 2023 further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Lokayukta Act, 2014.

The following has been stated: -

•In Section 7 which is about the Salary, allowances, and other conditions of service of Lokayukta after the words “the Chief Justice of the High Court”, the words and sign “or the Judge of the High Court, as the case may be” shall be inserted.
