The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) on January 19, 2024, issued the Procedure on “Centralized supervision for quick fault detection and restoration”.
The states the following has been stated namely: -
• The objective is to lay down the Procedure on “Centralized supervision for quick fault detection and restoration” and coordinated operation amongst the concerned users of the interconnected communication systems.
• The Process for Implementation of Centralized Supervision and Monitoring System of Communication System has been stated
• The Procedure for Centralized Supervision, Monitoring, and Fault Reporting of the Communication System has been stated
• Procedure for Fault Restoration of Communication System has been stated
