Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on January 22, 2024, issued the date on which the amendments related to the Factoring Regulation Act, 2011 under the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2023, shall come into force.

It has appointed January 22, 2024, as the date on which the amendments to the Factoring Regulation Act, 2011 (12 of 2012) mentioned in column (5) of Schedule to the Factoring Regulation Act, 2011, against serial number 41 mentioned in column (1) of the said Schedule, shall come into force.
