The Government of Punjab on January 12, 2024, issued the Punjab Management and Transfer of Municipal Properties (Amendment) Rules, 2023, to further amend the Punjab Management and Transfer of Municipal Properties Rules, 2021.
The following amendments have been stated:
• In rule 22, in sub-rule (13-A), in clause (b), for the words "in the case of allottees or their spouses or their dependent minor children suffering from chronic diseases", the words "in the case of allottees or their spouses or their dependent sons/daughters suffering from chronic diseases" has been substituted.
This notification will come into force from January 12, 2024.
