Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on January 22, 2024, issued a notification regarding the appoints date for the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Act, 1981.

The following has been stated namely: -

The Central Government hereby appoints that the amendments to the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Act, 1981 mentioned in column (5) of Schedule to the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2023, against serial number 25 mentioned in column (1) of the said Schedule, shall come into force from January 22, 2024.
