Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance (MoF) on January 22, 2024, amended an older notification No. 50/2017- Customs, dated June 30, 2017, related to the exemption of certain goods from customs duty and integrated tax.

The following has been stated: -

•In the notification, in the Table, against S. No. 364A, in column (4), for the entry, the entry “10%” shall be substituted.
