The Government of Maharashtra on January 12, 2024, issued a notification regarding proposed modification in town planning.
The following has been stated-
(A) Sanctions the proposed modification as described more specifically in the Schedule-A appended herewith.
(B) Fixes the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette as the date of coming into force of this modification.
This Notification shall be kept open for inspection to the general public in the office of all concerned Planning Authorities and District Offices of the Town Planning and Valuation Department for one month, on all working days.
