The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on January 23, 2024, issued a corrigendum to an older Notification No. 15/2023- Customs (ADD), dated December 22, 2023, related to anti-dumping duty on certain goods.
The following has been stated: -
•In the notification:-
(i)At the page number 4, in line 11, omit ‘84798199,’
(ii)At the page number 4, in the TABLE, in column (2), omit ‘84798199,’
(iii) On page number 5, in the TABLE, against SN 7, in Column (6), for “Jinan Oree Laser Technology Co. Ltd”, read “Jinan Oree Laser Equipment Co., Ltd.”
