The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on January 25, 2024, issued a notification regarding the amendment to notification no. 11/2017-Central Excise dated June 30, 2017, related to the exemption of the excisable goods
The following has been stated namely: -
• In the Table, against Sl. No. 3, in column (3), after item (ii), in the proviso, for the figures “2024”, the figures “2025” shall be substituted;
• In the Table, against Sl. No. 3A, in column (2), for the entry “27101930”, the entry “2710 19 44, 2710 1949” shall be substituted;
• After Annexure, in the proviso, in item (b), for the figures “2023”, the figures “2025” shall be substituted.
