The Government of Haryana on January 25, 2024, issued a notification regarding the applicability of the Service Rules to the Directorate of Employees State Insurance Healthcare
This has a reference to the Notification dated May 16, 2007, that contained the provision regarding the service rules to be followed by the ESI Health Care Haryana
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the applicability of the service rules shall be in force till the time ESI Health Care Haryana frames its own service rules after taking into consideration the constitution of the specialist cadre in the Health Department Haryana.
