The Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (APSERC) on January 25, 2024, issued the Drafts APSERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Renewable Energy Tariff) Regulations, 2024 and APSERC (Grid Interactive Distributed Renewable Energy System with Net Metering, Net Billing/Net Feed-In, Gross Metering and Its Related Matters) Regulations, 2024 for Comments
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Draft Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for determination of Renewable Energy Tariff) Regulations, 2024 and the Draft Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grid Interactive Distributed Renewable Energy System with Net Metering, Net Billing/Net Feed-In, Gross Metering and Its Related Matters) Regulations, 2024, are available in the Commission's website viz. www.apserc.nic.in and have been attached for reference
