The Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) on January 25, 2024, issued Addendum-13 to the Notification issued by the Board on Re-categorization of industry/organizations/activity as per the directions of CPCB.
Accordingly, Addendum-13 is being included in the industry activities viz."Cement Products (without using asbestos/ with or without boiler/steam, curing)" activity under the Orange category under consent mechanism to obtain Consent for Establishment (CFE) and Consent for Operation (CFO) under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act. 1981 from the State Pollution Control Board and herein to be included in the notified list.
The Consent fee to be paid by the industry shall be based on the Consent Fee Notification dated October 21, 2021.
