Labour Compliance The Government of Andhra Pradesh on January 29, 2024, issued a notification to prohibit strikes in all the services under the NTPC Limited in Andhra Pradesh for six (6) months with effect from March 01, 2024.

The Government have declared all services in NTPC Limited in Andhra Pradesh as an essential service under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1971.
