Industry Specific ComplianceThe Department of Telecommunication (DoT) on January 29, 2024, issued the Draft Indian Telecom Security Assurance Requirements -ITSAR for Feedback Device for Comments.

The following has been stated namely: -

•The objective of this document is to present comprehensive, country-specific security requirements for the Feedback device to be used in non-critical, best effort, and nonsensitive (Ref: ER No TEC 23231911) scenarios in Indian Telecom Network using to IoT specific cellular technologies: LTE-M, NB-IoT, NFC: Zigbee, RFID, BLE, Wi-Fi, and LPWAN: LoRA, Sigfox and Wired: BB, FTTH, Ethernet, Non-IP Access/SMS based

• It states that this document targets the security requirements of the feedback device

•It states that the Feedback devices can be installed in any outlet/Public Space to get feedback from the end users or from the employees. The device requires only a simple press of a button to answer the customizable question displayed on the device.
