Labour Compliance The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E) on January 29, 2024, issued the notification to declare certain industrial undertakings as public utility services.

The following has been stated to be a public utility namely: -

• India Government Mints, Kolkata, Noida, Mumbai and Hyderabad

• India Security Press, Nashik

• Security Printing Press, Hyderabad

• Security Paper Mill, Hoshangabad

• Services in the Bank Note Press, Dewas

• Currency Note Press, Nashik Road

This is applicable for a period of six months with effect from January 30, 2024.
