The Government of Kerala on February 01, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Mobile number being included in the carrier.

The following has been stated-

As part of making the Motor Vehicle Department services Aadhaar-based, vehicle owners will have to enter their Aadhaar-linked mobile number in the Parivahan software. You can add your own number till February 29, 2024. Vehicle owners who are unable to enter the number can contact the registering authority to complete the mobile update.
