Labour Compliance The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E) on February 02, 2024, issued the notification to declare the industries engaged in the Manufacturing of Alumina and Aluminium and Mining of Bauxite as public utility services

The following has been stated namely: -

• It has declared the industries engaged in Manufacturing of Alumina and Aluminium and Mining of Bauxite as public utility services for a period of six months with effect from February 04, 2024.
