The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on February 02, 2024, notified regarding the Submission of a Corrective Action Report pertaining to the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit Report of Stockbrokers/Trading members for the period ended September 2023 through BEFS.
It is to be noted that in case of any “Non-compliances/ Work in progress/ Observation/Suggestion” pointed out by the auditor in the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit Report for the period ended September 2023. The members must submit the CAR (Corrective Action report) to the Exchange through BEFS on or before February 29, 2024.
The provision to submit the Corrective Action Report and related documents must be submitted only electronically through the BEFS portal (BSE Electronic Filing System).
The penalty/disciplinary actions as provided in below mentioned Table A would be initiated against the Trading Member for Delay/Non-submission of the Preliminary Audit Report / Corrective Action Taken Report and Follow-on audit report.
