The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on February 02, 2024, issued the Accessibility Standards and Guidelines for the Banking Sector.
The Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, with intent to address the accessibility needs of persons with disabilities in respect of the facilities and services pertaining to the Banking Sector, in consultation with the stakeholders and office of the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, formulated the “Accessibility Standards and Guidelines for Banking Sector”.
