Labour Compliance The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on February 03, 2024, issued a notification regarding the enhancement in the rate of PDB/DB in the cases where employment injuries resulting in disablement or death occurred

The following has been stated namely: -

• It has approved the enhancement in the rate of PDB/DB w.e.f. August 08, 2022, in the cases where the employment injuries resulting in disablement or death occurred on or before December 31, 2022, have been attached to the Table
