The Government of Madhya Pradesh on February 02, 2024, issued draft amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Bhumi Vikas Rules, 2012.
The following has been stated: -
•In rule 2, after sub-rule (7), the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely: - 7(a) which is about the "Base Floor Area Ratio"
•In rule 2, after sub-rule (55), the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely: - 55(a) which is about the "Premium Floor Area Ratio"
•In rule 42, sub-rule (1) Table-4, Column 6, and Note (1) shall stand deleted.
Any objection or suggestion with respect to the draft is to be submitted before the expiry of 15 days from February 02, 2024.
