Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Goa on February 02, 2024, issued the draft Goa Legal Metrology (Amendment) Rules, 2023 further to amend the Goa Legal Metrology (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

The following has been stated: -

•Entry No. 12 of Schedule III is amended which is about the Linear Measuring Instruments.

All objections and/or suggestions will be taken into consideration by the Government before the expiry of a period of 45 days from February 02, 2024.
