The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on February 02, 2024, issued the notification regarding the updation of data on equipment on the Medical Equipment Dashboard by User units/ESI Institutions.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The following actions are to be followed mandatorily by ESI Institutions/User units: -
1. All ESIC and ESIC Hospitals that have yet not entered any data for their location should complete the entries/action by February 15, 2024, and ATR to be submitted by February 20, 2024.
2. It is mandatory for the Medical Store of the respective Institution to perform a monthly crosscheck/updation of entries in all aspects of the Medical Equipment Dashboard and keep it up-to-date
3. Medical Stores of respective ESIC institutions should capture all future requirements for procurement of equipment on the Future Requirement Dashboard to avoid unnecessary delays.
4. The information on the regular updation by ESIC Institutions should be confirmed in the online Monthly DO Letter submitted to the ESIC Hqrs office monthly.
