Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoA&FW) on February 05, 2024, issued the Drugs (Amendment) Rules, 2024, to further amend the Drugs Rules, 1945.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In Schedule H1, which states “Prescription Drugs”, after serial number 48 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely:

“49. Oseltamivir

50. Zanamivir”

This notification will come into force from February 05, 2024.
