The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on February 02, 2024, issued the notification regarding e-Pehchaan cards to be given to all lnsured Persons.
The following has been stated namely: -
• All ROs/SROs are directed to issue suitable directions to the employers under their jurisdiction to download the e-Pehchaan card from the ESI Portal and hand it over to their respective employees/Insured Persons
• The cards must be given immediately after registration under the ESI Scheme
• The hard copy of the e-Pehchaan Card must be given to all existing lPs by the employers.
