The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) on February 06, 2024, issued a notification regarding revocation of notification under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
The Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Health and Family Welfare, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide G.S.R. 144(E), dated February 17, 2017, with immediate effect except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
