The Government of Rajasthan on February 06, 2024 issued the Rajasthan Alcohol and Excise Policy 2024- 2025
The following has been stated namely: -
• This policy has been issued with the aim to increase the wealth of the state by regulating, and controlling the activities related to the transportation import and export sale, and storage of alcohol
• This policy has the objective of providing consumers with quality liquor at a reasonable price.
• it has given the option of renewal of license for the year 2024-25 to the eligible licensees of the liquor shops
• it states that the eligible licensees will have to apply for renewal of licenses within 15 days of the issued of this policy and deposit the renewal fees as given in the table.
