The Government of Rajasthan on February 08, 2024, issued a notification regarding remission on the demand of stamp duty, interest, and penalty in certain categories of cases.
The following has been stated: -
•The State Government in the public interest decided to remit the outstanding demand of stamp duty, interest, and penalty in the category of cases decided by or pending before the Collector (Stamps), Rajasthan Tax Board, or any other Courts as specified in column number 2 to the extent specified in column number 4 and 5, subject to the conditions specified in column number 3 of the table given below in the document attached.
