The Government of Rajasthan on February 08, 2024, issued the Rajasthan Stamp (Amendment) Rules, 2024 to further amend the Rajasthan Stamp Rules, 2004
The following has been amended namely: -
In rule 58 which states “Procedure for assessment of the market value of the immovable property by the Registering Officer” in sub-rule (3) for the existing expression "in the month of March of the preceding Financial Year or in any subsequent month", the expression "during the months of January to March of the preceding Financial Year or upto any subsequent month" shall be substituted.
