Industry Specific Compliance The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) on February 05, 2024, directed the Promoters and Agents to submit their Documents in RERA Headquarters Only.

The following has been stated:

• It has stated that all the promoters and agents of the state should submit all the records personally or through post to Uttar Pradesh. It should be made available only at Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Headquarters), Lucknow, Naveen Bhawan, State Planning Institute, Kalakankar House, Old Hyderabad, Lucknow-226007.
