The following has been stated namely: -
• A table has been prepared with registration fees, late fees for presentations or appearances, and other miscellaneous fees payable.
• The fees for the following are mentioned: -
1. Documents Chargeable with stamp duty at ad-valorem rate
2. Registration of Leases
3. Registration of the Documents Chargeable with fixed fees
4. Fees for Attendance and Commission
5. Fees for Late Presentation or appearance
6. Fees for Search and Inspection
7. Fees for applications and issue of processes
This shall come into force on February 08, 2024
