The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on February 08, 2024, revised the Pricing Methodology for Institutional Placements of Privately Placed Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT).
This has a reference to SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-PoD/P/CIR/2024/10 dated February 8, 2024.
The following has been stated:
• It has stated that the guidelines for pricing of institutional placements Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) has been reviewed. Accordingly, the pricing for listed Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) stands modified as under so that privately placed Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) can undertake institutional placement based on the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the assets of the Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT).
This notification will come into force from February 08, 2024.
All Listed companies are requested to take note and comply accordingly.
