The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on February 08, 2024, issued a notification to further amend the list of psychotropic substances under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985
The following has been stated namely: -
•It states that in the Schedule that specifies the List Of Psychotropic Substances, after serial number 110ZZB and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be inserted, namely:
(i) “110ZZC ADB-BUTINACA N-[1-(aminocarbonyl)-2,2- dimethylpropyl]-1-butyl1H-indazole-3-carboxamide”
(ii) “110ZZD Alpha-PiHP 4-methyl-1-phenyl-2-(pyrrolidin- 1-yl)pentan-1-one”
(iii) “110ZZE 3-Methylmethcathinone 2-(methylamino)-1-(3-methylphenyl)propan-1-one”.
