The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on February 09, 2024, amended an older notification No. S.O. 1055 (E), dated October 19, 2001, related to Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances.
The following has been stated: -
•In the notification, in the Table, after serial number 238 ZZZ and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be inserted, namely: -
238ZZZA which is about 2-Methyl-AP237
238ZZZB which is about Etazene
238ZZZC which is about Etonitazepyne
