The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on February 09, 2024, issued the Corrigendum to Public Notice no. 28/2023 dated August 18, 2023, which stated “List of banks authorised to import gold/silver”
The following has been stated namely: -
• The heading for Table A has been revised to state:
“List of banks authorized by Reserve Bank of India to import both gold and silver for FY 2023-24 with effect from April 01, 2023 and valid up to March 31, 2024”
• The heading for Table B has been revised to state:
“List of banks authorized by Reserve Bank of India to import only gold and silver for FY 2023-24 with effect from April 01, 2023 and valid up to March 31, 2024”
