The Department of Excise, Entertainment & Luxury Tax, Delhi on February 12, 2024, issued a circular regarding applications for the renewal of licenses and permits for the year 2023-24.
The following has been stated: -
•According to Rule 41, Delhi Excise Rules, 2010 all applications for the renewal of licenses and permits for the year 2023-24 shall be received in the office of the Deputy Commissioner before the end of February 2024 along with licenses or permit fees, payable for renewal of licenses or permits.
•All the licensees are hereby directed to ensure that all details are completely filled in the application form while applying for renewal of licenses on the ESCIMS portal.
•Apart from this, licenses in forms DD-10, and DD-11 are also directed to obtain fresh recommendations from the Drug Control Department, NCT of Delhi.
•The Licensees are further directed to submit the following with the renewal application: -
1. All documents related to the renewal are to be submitted within 02 working days after applying on ESCIMS Portal.
2. License fee to be paid through ESCIMS account only.
