Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on February 12, 2024, notified Special Economic Zones (Amendment) Rules, 2024 further to amend the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006.

The following has been stated: -

•In sub-rule (6) of rule 27, after the word “Agencies” the words “or free of charge from the foreign buyer and Export thereof to the same foreign buyer” shall be inserted.

They shall come into force on February 12, 2024.
