Labour Compliance The Government of West Bengal on January 25, 2024, notified regarding an alternate website.

The following has been stated:

• It has specified that in addition to the website specified in clause (o) of rule 2, which states “Definitions”, of the West Bengal State Tax on professions, Trades, callings and Employments Rules, 1979, www.wbprofessiontax.gov.in shall also be treated as the website under the West Bengal State Tax on professions, Trades, callings and Employments Rules, 1979.

This notification shall be deemed to have into force from March 24, 2016.
