Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Department of Finance, Goa on February 14, 2024, issued a notification regarding amendment to the Goa Value Added Tax Act, 2005.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Schedule E has been amended namely: -

1. After the existing entry at serial number (1), the following entry shall be inserted, namely: -

“(2) Bar or Tavern which purchases all goods for resale only from registered dealers within the State of Goa”

This shall come into force on February 14, 2024.
