Labour ComplianceThe Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E) on February 14, 2024, issued the notification to declare the services engaged in the Iron and Steel to be a public utility service.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The services engaged in the iron and steel industry is declared to be a public utility service

• This is for a further period of six months with effect from February 17, 2024.
